CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE
Ingredients:
Part A:
1 cup of water
1 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of fine sugar
Part B:
250gm of unsalted butter
2 cups of fine sugar
2 cups of multi-purpose flour (already contain sodium bicarbonate)
6 eggs
1tbs of ascent vanilla
Method:
Part A:
Place all the ingredient from part A into a soucepan and simmer,stirring for about 5 minute until the mixture become little bit thicken. Remove the pan from the heat to let it cool.
Part B:
Beat the unsalted butter with the sugar until become smooth
Put an egg into the mixture, one by one
Put 1 tablespoon of assen vanilla into the mixture
Put in the ingredient (part A) alternately with the multi-purpose flour
Put the mixture into the prepared tin which lightly grease with butter. Bake the cake in the preheated oven (180C) for 40 minutes.....
